Creating a monthly ad budget with Treasure Trooper
So as we move into Summer I wanted to really get you guys ( and gals ) moving in the right direction with your online earnings. I’m going to stay realistic here and I do apologize for not making you rich today. Most of you who follow me know my blog subtitle by now… “…when I’m rich I’ll let you know”
“This is Not a Race”. Being desperate and using credit cards is not a good mix. Spending Money you can not comfortably afford to lose is NEVER a good idea. Of course, our online earnings adventure moves along a whole hell of a lot faster when we have money for things like advertising, upgrades, and subscriptions to our favorite programs.
So lets build a bit of seed money ( working capital ).
I want to use the well established Treasure Trooper in this example. Yes, this is an example. There are tons of fantastic programs out today, but it’s important if your new, to stick with “Established” programs at first.
Treasure Trooper hit the scene in 2005 as the “Get Paid To / Incentivized” craze began really taking off. Since then, they have never missed a payment ( at least for me ) and have added several different opportunities for making money over the years. Throw in a very active and energetic forum and your good to go.
Lets start with a realistic half hour a day. This should be enough to produce a nice $40 – $50 a month PayPal payment. You can do more, you can do less. It’s entirely up to you.
NOW!!! I really don’t want you to complete the FREE Offers unless you actually are interested in the respected offer. This includes “FREE Games”. Completing these offers will open you up to spam ( which you opt to receive ) and all sorts of adware and possibly spyware. This will discourage a lot of you and you’ll quit before you get started.
Instead here is what I suggest, and what I personally do.
Daily Surveys … There are actually three survey opportunities available every day. The first is a seventy five cent survey. I’ve done quite a few of these and I can honestly tell you that I’ve never spent more that thirty minutes per survey. So that’s a quick seventy five cents earned. It takes a couple days for your survey earnings to appear in your account balance, so don’t freak out when your not compensated immediately. Oh and if you don’t qualify for a particular survey you can keep trying until you do qualify.
Cash Clicks …. As of today there have been over twenty clicks to view a day. At five cents a pop, that’s $1.00 + a day. You can not cash out on “Cash Clicks” alone, so knocking out a few short surveys a week is a good option for making payout every month.
Update!!!…..Cash Clicks are offline at the moment. Treasure Trooper admin posted the announcement that they should have them available again soon
Offers ( that you are actually interested in )… Seriously! Stick with one or two offers a month at the most. Choose places and things and stuff that you seriously want, need or like I said above “…are interested in”.
The Referral Program… Of course today’s post is titled “Creating a monthly ad budget with Treasure Trooper“. So reserve some of that not so hard earned “working capital” to pick up a few referrals for Treasure Trooper as well. You’ll get paid 20% first level and 5% second level referral earnings. Sorry, but we don’t get paid for our referrals “Cash Clicks” and “Surveys”.
So as you can see, it really isn’t that difficult to create a nice chunk of advertising money every month. This is just one example. We’ll talk about “converting earnings” and the such in future posts. **Hint** check out the additional established programs below.
The important part is that your using some or most of your earnings to create more earnings month after month by building down lines.
Hopefully your focusing on building down lines in not only Treasure Trooper but also other well established programs like ClixSense, LinkGrand, “MatrixMails”, WordLinx to name a few.
Wow, it’s 2 AM. Guess I should go to sleep so I can wake up in four hours.

Help me win a Swag Tee Shirt. Yes! I finally joined SwagBucks and I really want the official SwagBucks Tee Shirt. Actually I really want a lot of things, but the shirt is my first goal. Thanks Eddy for the great program, I’ve made it my homepage.
How I keep my computer happy and healthy
Some of you might have noticed that I took down my latest post about “Paid the Fastest”. If you remember, I was gushing over the fact that the “daily click offers” were a great way to add around thirty cents more a day to our online earnings. Of course there are other ways to make money on “Paid the Fastest”, but the majority of them I wouldn’t recommend. Only because most of those other offers will load your in box with tons of spam ( which we opted to receive ) and your hard drive with adware, spyware and malware …oh my! GameVance is particularly nasty.
Anyways, the “Daily Click Offers” were taken down for the weekend with the hope that they would return on Monday. I totally understand this move, and it happened to Treasure Trooper a few months ago. Treasure Trooper’s Cash Clicks went from around 30 per day, to nothing, and now up to twenty four ads to click on a day.

So instead of misleading anyone, I decided to hide that post from the world, until further notice. Here it is Wednesday and there’s no word on when and if they will return. So until that happens I’ll keep the last post hidden.
Now, because a lot of you will be enticed to join a “Get Paid To” site like “Paid the Fastest” and complete a few offers for a couple dollars. I thought I’d talk a bit about internet security and show you four really cool and FREE ways to keep your computer clean and and relatively happy and healthy.
I’ve picked up pretty much every virus, worm, adware, malware and the such over the last fifteen or so years I’ve been online. For the past six years I’ve managed to keep my little HP Pavillion lap top pretty happy and running smoothly. Although, I get the occasional hic up, I really don’t have a problem diagnosing whats slowing down my ‘puter.
A couple weeks ago, I experienced the frustrating slow down, where everything comes to a crawl. I pretty much know that when my hard drive starts whirring and breathing heavy, that something is updating. Often times it’s something I purposely downloaded to protect me from the nasties. Other times it’s something that showed up from a previous download. In either case. It’s annoying, and because my computer is almost six years old now, it’s not always receptive to new things.
So after many years of trying different adware, firewall, maleware and virus protection, I’ve settled on four FREE programs that keep my computer running smoothly. All four are small downloads, so I have been very happy with not using up too much disk space. Plus they all work quite well at doing what they are supposed to do… Keeping Crap out of my office ( laptop ).
Once again, all these programs are FREE. Some have upgrades available, but the Free versions work just fine.
1.Speaking of “crap”. CCleaner, which originally stood for Crap Cleaner, is in my opinion the absolute best ( and number one choice ) for not only keeping your system clean but your registry as well. I absolutely use it everyday.
2. MalwareBytes. I run this at least once a week when I’m done for the night and ready for bed. I can’t think of any malware removal program that has worked as well as MalWareBytes. Once again, it’s FREE.
3. SuperAntiSpyWare. I run this along side MalwareBytes, and it does a phenomenal job of getting rid of adware and the such.
4. Finally. Virus protection.
I’ve settled on the FREE version of Avast. Not only does it block pretty much anything that I tend to pick up online, but there are no annoying updates that turn on once a night and bring my online experience to a standstill.
So there ya go. If you have a slow running computer that needs a bit of love, all four of the above programs should speed things up a great deal. Plus keep you adequately protected from virus’s. I’m not going to guarantee that you’ll never get a virus, I’m just sharing what works for me.
Time for bed and only three posts and ten emails behind. Someday I’ll get caught up.

Oh and, if Paid the Fastest brings the “Daily Click Offers” back. I’ll take my “Big Thumbs Up” review out the the private bin.
Almost Smoking ( sneak peek )
A few of you know that I’ve been working on a new website. I’ve only shared it with a couple people, and although I’m still working on it, I thought I’d give you guys a sneak peek.
I’m really taking my time with it and have a few posts partially written. I decided I really don’t like the rotating picture of myself ( I’m much sexier in real life ), but I decided to keep it up for now because I really don’t feel that smoking should be glorified. So I’ll go for the tired unattractive look that shows the functionality of the product.
So yeah, a little known secret and something I’m ashamed of, is that I’m a smoker. Growing up in the ’80s, everyone smoked. Even my high school had a smoking section. You could smoke in most bars and restaurants, and cigarettes cost only $1 a pack.
I started smoking when I was twelve and I remember my mom teaching me how to inhale while sitting in a pizza hut one day ( thanks mom ). There were very few times in my life where I wasn’t around cigarette smoke… even before I was born. I quite for four months three years ago and felt amazing. A couple years before that I became a private smoker. I was very much into living a body building lifestyle and worked out six days a week. When your a solid 210 lbs, most people won’t say anything to you, but when they see you smoking, look out. The shit hits the fan and people become quite brave when expressing there disgust. “oh my god! Your such a hypocrite!” One of the reasons I never became a personal trainer.
Anyways… I knew I wanted to create a website / blog focused on electronic cigarettes and smoking alternatives. I just didn’t want to pimp a product that I didn’t have personal experience with, just to make a commission. I also need to quite smoking. So I started purchasing from different companies that had affiliate programs. I’ve also purchased parts and accessories from companies without affiliate programs. So to be fair, I’ll be writing about them as well.
The only company on Almost Smoking.Com that I haven’t ordered from yet is Green Smoke. I decided to prematurely add a banner because I haven’t heard anything really bad about the company, plus they have a killer affiliate program. So I’ll look forward to purchasing and reviewing the Green Smoke product soon.
Like I said above, this is a sneak peek for you guys. I have a lot of work to do, but I couldn’t hold off any longer and just had to share. I won’t be promoting Almost Smoking just yet, still have a few more things I want to add. Then it’ll be all about reviews, me being me, and maintaining an honest and profitable site. I’m fighting the urge to have sponsored advertising or at least sell ad space, so it’s possible that you could see something in the sidebar that says “put your ad here”. Just not anytime soon.
