Okay, so I just looked at the date of my last post and then looked at today’s date.
Holy Wow!! It’s been a whole month since I’ve written anything new. Considering all the “blockbuster news and going’s on” these days you’d think I’d be publishing daily posts.
Honestly, I really think I have A.D.D. ( or is it ADHD ).
Since I’m known at work as the guy who hates lull’s and likes to share every detail of my life ( I talk a lot ) with whoever I corner, I see no excuse for not writing more often. Lets face it… I usually have a lot to say, both online and off.
Really not sure what my problem is.
So lets stop this vicious cycle and turn over a new leaf. More writing and less thinking about writing.
There really has been a lot going on these last couple months in this wild and wacky world of online money making.

I’m going to save my comments, concerns and opinions on NeoBux and ClixSense for future ( Near Future!! ) posts, and today focus on GetBuxToday.
How are you doing with Get Bux Today?
I only ask that question because I know most of you who follow me, took action on day one when I announced that Brian had launched GBT, and joined under me. A big thanks to all of you and proof that honest blogging ( promoting ) pays off.
Whether you joined under me or not I want to hear your success stories. I know it’s been less than two months since the launch, but I’m expecting some really awesome results here.
Here’s mine…
In less than two months I’ve been paid $526.50 as of today; 3/26/2011
I’m earning the maximum $15 per day payout for an upgraded “Platinum” member.
My current direct referrals ( I don’t do Renting or Co ops! ) is: 247. This number goes up and down as I lose referrals due to inactivity and gain referrals from promoting. The bottom line is increased earning.
My current personal clicks per day. I’m seeing a good number of “other than admin ads” everyday so that’s always a good sign. Although I suspect that because of the limit set on daily cashouts, a lot of members earning over the daily payout range are opting to use their excess earnings for promotions. I would love to see some stat’s on this.

How are you doing with GetBuxToday? I really want to know. For those who need a bit of help, I have something planned come April. I don’t want to make you lazy, but I do want to give those who are struggling and joined under me a boost. More on that later.

I joined GBT under you immediately, joined the co-op and upgraded to platinum for a year at the end of the free platinum period. Sadly, I rented 2 referrals (won’t do that again lol) and got a 3¢ return on my $2 investment. I now have 12 direct referrals, but most of them don’t click. At this point I earn about 6¢ a day from them. I have been advertising the site, but sign-ups seem few and far between so far. At least, there are a nice amount of ads to click every day.
I remain out-of-pocket about $130, but guardedly optimistic for future success.

I joined under you at GBT early and got the free platinum upgrade, got into the co-op and upgraded for another 6 months. I’ve got 2… count ‘em 2… whole active refs out of 6 refs. I did cash out $9 and currently have about $5.50 for a balance. I look forward to seeing what you have planned.
I find it interesting that you don’t concern yourself with Neobux’s rented referral system, so I’d like to hear more of your opinion on it. I decided Neobux was going to be my best option for the amount of investment I’ve intended. ($100)

I joined under you and got free upgrade too. But may be I was in last 500-700 when I got upgrade. So most of my downline could not got free upgrades. Anyways, the good point right now is, I have worked hard on it and I got around 400+ direct referrals. Out of that around half got inactive and now a days getting deleted, but other half are good clickers too. So at present I am earning daily 10$+ for sure.
since onbux is dead and neobux is also dying slowly, I have started converting my earnings there into advertisements for GBT and I have been successful so far. I am also an active forum member of GBT and same on EMS too on matter of GBT. I am targeting 15$ daily limit to be achieved first and then I am also planning to have a rotator to help my downline to grow on GBT.

First off, thanks for the nice commission on your year upgrade, and for being an active member of GBT. Your the reason I advertise for referrals. You, I and everyone who is trying to make money online wants 100 George’s in their downline.
Yeah, I’m not really big on renting referrals myself. I’d rather work for direct refs and have been doing so for years, far more rewarding and if they don’t click. Well, then I can only blame me.

Anyways, thanks for joining GBT under me, upgrading and clicking. My plans for April is to do what I do already; add my active refs referral links in with my own advertising. The downfall to this is that I’m not using rotators so I’m helping one person at a time.
I might get in trouble when half my downline sends me referral links that I can’t possibly keep up with. Hmmm,,, I’m plotting and scheming ( sort of ).

My opinion on renting referrals is simple. I don’t rent referrals. Not on NeoBux or anywhere else. So any changes on Neo concerning rental policy or changes does not impact me one bit. Now losing a couple dollars a day from my directs, that’s a post I promised to write in the “Near” future.

Although I’ve seen my earnings drop a bit at Neo I’m not going to jump the gun and say that NeoBux is dying. I think the admin is a pretty smart guy and if creating a sustainable product means pissing a few people off then so be it. I’m holding any other comments and opinions to myself for now.
As far as GetBuxToday goes I am very grateful to have you in my downline. $10 a day is awesome!! Keep doing what your doing and like I’ve said before, “We’ve come along way”

I joined Get Bux Today but I used my regular email and can’t receive the confirmation mail so I can’t even get started. I tried to rejoin but it still recognizes my computer’s IP address and won’t let me. I don’t know if I signed up under you or not but thought you might be able to tell me how to contact them to see if they can change my email to a gmail address so that I can receive the confirmation mail. I have had that done before but this program won’t let me send a ticket since I can’t login. Either way, thank you.

Phil-adelphia, I am missing the Platinum. It was great. I did make the mistake of renting a referral. Money was adding up quick enough off of my own efforts, I figured I might as well take advantage of the month’s referral earning “bonus.” I put my buck in the machine and the soda got stuck. I honestly cannot believe I gave over one dollar for one referral for 30 days. WTF?
Were I not paying off Apple, or PayPal rather, I would have definitely upgraded by now. Nobody’s fault but mine//how bad words hard it is to NOT buy when all you have to do is touch and there is an instant product. I like apps I can use to make music. Some truly highly sophisticated music creation applications exist for iOS; it’s amazing. But there is no cart. Touch buy, confirm and in a few seconds, happiness until bill. I’m close, so all is well. It is time to start using my income properly. I always manage to sway the topic. Sorry.

Ok, first, I finally figured out why you referred to my other post as *chiming in*….my subscription never went through and I distinctly remember doing it. I even remember where I was signing up from….WordLinx. So today, I subscribed again and realized why the last one didn’t happen….I never got the email to confirm. Today I have the same problem. So I clicked subscribe again and got this message:

And yes, I checked the spam folder…..lol. So I’m not waiting 11 hours and 21 minutes, I’m writing to them as soon as I get done here.
Now on to GetBuxToday. Not doing so well there. I rented 4 referrals, only to realize I had thrown money away unless I was upgraded. So I upgraded to the highest level I could afford, which was one month gold. Of the 4 refs, one has never clicked and one didn’t click for a week. That’s an automatic lose money on the refs. If all your refs are standard, they would have to click every day to make you any money. Lesson learned, I will never rent refs there again. My rented referral earnings are .6225 so far and there are 19 days left on them. So that pretty much wiped out my first month’s earnings. I very rarely rent refs anyway but I thought I could build up my account faster to get an upgrade. My fault, I should have done the math FIRST and realized the odds were stacked for the house on that one. hehehe I have maxed out my advertising everywhere which has so far rendered one direct referral that’s currently not active. So I gotta go click myself up some more advertising credits….lol.
I think it’s is just like anything else in life…..you have to have money to make money. Unless you have the money to pay for the massive advertising campaigns to get the referrals (or you own your own TE or PTC site) and you have the money to pay for the top upgrades, you’re not going to take home the top earnings. It’s just a simple fact of life. That being said, I’m not depending only on ptc to make money online. I have irons in a number of diverse fires. All it’s going to take is for one to take off even a little bit and there’s the fuel to fire up the rest. Every day, I’m stoked….because you never know…..this could be the day! ;D
I gotta say I’m disappointed in the lack of activity on your blog. I’m not expecting daily posts but once a week at least would be nice. I enjoy reading your posts. I’m interested in your thoughts about the “new” Clix Sense. So far, I’m disappointed. I use to average ten to twenty cents a day and now I have yet to reach nine cents in a day since the new site launched.

Your right. I’m slacking these days. As mentioned in this post, I always have a lot to say, yet I can’t seem to get new content up consistently. It’s not that I’m not doing my thing everyday, it’s not that I’m not doing things everyday to make money, and certainly not that I’m out of inspiration.
I can use the excuse that life is busy; full time job, two kids, yard work… blah blah blah. Actually I “can” use that excuse. Life is busy, thankfully life is busy.
Still, I’m on it and I’ll have that ClixSense post up this week. Just for you.

You shouldn’t worry about whether GBT is good or not. Brian Rooney ( co-owner of Traffic Wave ) wouldn’t have created a PTC site if he didn’t think it would be “good”.
Also important. “Are you Good?”
Are you clicking your ads?
Are you promoting ?
Are you reinvesting?
Are you building your business ( hobby ) around solid and trusted programs?
I’m just saying because although I’m thankful to have you in my downline, I see you’ve only clicked 3 ads. It’s a bit difficult to make money if your not taking action and utilizing the “good” programs
My Number 2 rule…”Be your own best referral”.

This is the first time I’ve come across your blog – and I like what I see!
To give you my feedback about GBT. I joined mid February and have so far been very impressed. I have been able to cash in $15 about once every three days. In addition to this I ‘ve put some of my earnings back into advertising. Highly recommended – the results of the campaign were excellent.
I paid out the $40 (ish) for the ad co op for March/April but unless I get a spectacular increase in the number of referrals before the end of the month I definitely won’t be spending any more money on it again. The number of referrals generated has been less than 5 in 3 weeks – and most of those haven’t stayed active. Still… nothing ventured nothing gained.
Hope GBT keeps up at the rate it’s going now. It’s so good to have a reliable PTC program which it pays to stick with!
Be interested to hear what other subscribers think about the Neobux changes…

Anyways, wait! So the $40 for the ad co op is only good for one month? If that’s the case, that kinda sucks. I don’t really have anything against co ops, I just choose to do my own advertising. That way if my ads blow chunks I can only blame myself.

hmmm.. As far as I know you can bring in direct referrals at anytime. I haven’t heard of any limitations and I doubt Brian would impose such a thing.
As far as a limited amount of clicks. I hit 9 – 15 clicks daily. Yours might be different depending on your demographics. Us advertisers are very selective as to who we present our ads to. Nothing personal, just trying to reach the best audience.
