Treasure Trooper’s New Feature ( sorta new )
First things first. Holy Crap!! I woke up this morning and, like most of you, was greeted with another catastrophic event. Although I feel as if the 8.8 earthquake in Chile is currently taking second stage to the potential tsunami threats throughout the Pacific, I’m sure the media will re focus it’s attention tonight. Updating us on the grim news that the body count has risen dramatically and another amazing part of the world has been devastated. Best wishes goes out to everyone in Chile, and continued love for Haiti and Eddy’s family and friends.
Sigh
So lets segue from a tragedy into something a bit more positive.
I’ve been a member of Treasure Trooper from probable the beginning. What was it, five years ago? I did a lot of promoting back then and built a hefty downline in a short amount of time and really haven’t done much with it since. Don’t get me wrong, it’s one of my favorite incentive based programs ( along side Cash Crate ), but I’m not one to complete offers just to fill my inbox with spam and my paypal account with monthly paychecks ( read my post Using Incentivized Programs Responsibly ). I keep the occasional referral link floating around and of course on this blog. If there is somewhere I want to shop or something I want to join, then usually I’ll take a look at what I can get paid for.
A bit over a month ago, Treasure Trooper introduced “Cash Clicks” to the equation. View an ad with no timer, earn five cents each. When they started this I was extremely skeptical. Not that they were going to not pay up, but rather I was concerned with the high value of each ad and the fact that there were around three dollars worth a day. Just seemed like they were being a bit too generous to me. One Cent would have made more sense, while still being generous.
Well, as the days passed the “Cash Clicks” were unavailable from time to time ( met their quota ), and then I’d only get a couple a day. Now, they seemed to have met a happy medium and throw a consistent seven or eight at us a day ( another 35 to 40 cents ). I still think they should lower the value to around one or two cents but, if it’s working for them, then cool, I’ll enjoy the extra money.
Since they were smart about it and made it so you couldn’t just cash out from “Clicks” alone, I’ve noticed a bit of a jump in my referral earnings as well as my second level. Very happy about that. It’s going to be nice to get back to that monthly check from a down line I built over five years ago.
